Arrinera Automotive

Arrinera SA with a group of companies Arrinera Automotive SA and Arrinera Automotive Holding PLC performs a perspective business project, which is designing in the future production of the first Polish supercar arrinera hussarya.

The company is currently working, among others, Warsaw University of Technology, which coordinates research on the aerodynamics of the vehicle and structural elements such as frame. Arrinera Automotive also formed a consortium which research platform for innovative design solutions. In May 2011, the British sports car designer Lee Noble has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Arrinera Automotive SA; in June 2011. company presented a prototype of his car. In October 2014 we held a test drive supercar arrinera hussarya at the airport in Biala Podlaska. Work is also underway at the interior of the supercar. Presentation of the production version of the supercar arrinera hussarya is planned for mid-2015.

Arrinera Racing Ltd is a daughter company that was established to lead all aspects of the motorsport part of the business. The company runs the race car version development as well as race and event participation.

Arrinera Automotive Ltd is a company responsible for research and development for all car projects. Currently there are several technology projects under development which are co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development.

Arrinera S.A. is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange alternative market "New Connect".

ERNE VENTURES control group Arrinera through its subsidiary Arrinera SA listed on NewConnect. ERNE VENTURES controls 79.91% of the share capital and votes of the company through its subsidiary Arrinera SA
