For 2016, Volkswagen kicks technology into high gear. Connectivity features, via the new MIB II infotainment system with VW Car-Net® App-Connect, are added to nearly every model. Volkswagen Group of America is one of the first in the industry to support all three available connected car systems: Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and MirrorLink®, allowing owners to access select apps from their smartphones directly through the vehicle head unit. Nearly all vehicles will receive USB connectivity.
