FIAT GROUP AUTOMOBILES IN THE UK CHANGES COMPANY NAME

Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd has announced that, effective immediately, its company name has changed to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd.

The name change, which represents the latest phase in the adoption of the new Fiat Chrysler Automobiles corporate identity, is intended to emphasise the fact that all Group companies worldwide are part of a single organisation.

It further underlines the success of the integration and the new, global organisation that has been created between the Fiat and Chrysler groups.

FGA CAPITAL UK BECOMES FCA AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES UK

FGA Capital UK, the UK finance arm of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, has today announced that it will be rebranding to FCA Automotive Services UK. This follows the creation, in January 2015, of FCA Bank Spa after the group holding company was granted its banking licence in Italy.

The new status of the holding company as a bank will further underpin the group’s reputation as a solid institution among international investors, enabling it to more effectively diversify funding and, as a result, offer customers even more attractive products.

The distinctive new logo also underscores FCA Automotive Services’ identity as part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (both leaders in their respective sectors internationally), a partnership between an automaker and a bank that is unique in Europe.

Building on its existing success, FCA Automotive Services UK will continue to support the sales activities of a range of passenger car and commercial vehicle brands, primarily those of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, through the offer of vehicle financing to customers and dealers, as well as insurance solutions, and long-term fleet lease programs. Moreover, within the UK market, FCA Automotive Services UK will continue to support and expand a range of non-branded finance solutions, offering dealers and customers a credible alternative to mainstream independent lenders.

All of these activities are centred on a strategy of fostering customer loyalty, continuously improving customer satisfaction, and developing new products and services that are even more attractive and innovative.
